As a Reiki Master Teacher with over 10 years of experience, I've guided hundreds of healing sessions, attuned dozens to all levels of Reiki and have witnessed the incredible (and indescribable) transformation Reiki can bring/ My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you'll leave feeling confident using Reiki for yourself, your loved ones, and beyond. I believe each of us carries the capacity to be a source of healing.

Your Reiki attunement is a sacred invitation to reconnect with that inner wisdom, open your heart and strengthen your connection to universal life force energy - channeling healing vibrations with greater power, intention and confidence.

If you are already attuned to Reiki (any level) I do support taking the course(s) more than once and receiving attunements from different instructors. I personally received my Reiki Master/Teacher twice because I wanted to learn from 2 different people who had very different energies and approaches to teaching and guiding. I learned a lot from both teachers, and am so glad I have more than one training to reference.

With being taught in a more "traditional" way and a more "mystical" way, I have blended the two, and have created my own style of teaching, which I hope you will enjoy!

Reiki Level 1 Certification Training

Whether you're feeling called to deepen your own healing journey or begin supporting others through energy work, Reiki Level 1 is the perfect place to start.

Join me during the energy of the Full Moon for a day of learning, self-discovery, and connection as you become attuned to the ancient practice of Usui Reiki.

In many spiritual traditions, the Full Moon is viewed as a time of illumination, heightened awareness, and release of manifestations. This offers us support in letting go of old patterns, to  gain clarity, and to set meaningful intentions for the next chapter of our journey. Receiving your Reiki Level 1 attunement during the Full Moon creates a beautiful opportunity to begin your Reiki practice while reflecting on what you're ready to release and what you're ready to welcome! Whether you connect with the moon's symbolism or simply appreciate the intention behind the experience, this training is going to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself. 

During this hands-on training you'll:

Reiki 2 Training at Anchored Soul

There comes a point on every Reiki journey where healing begins to flow with greater confidence, trust, and intention. Reiki Level 2 is where your connection deepens—not only with Reiki energy, but with your own intuition. The Reiki energy you will be able to channel is 4x stronger than Reiki level 1.

This full-day training is designed for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to expand their practice. This is the level at which you can choose to offer it as a public service! Together, we'll explore the sacred Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques, strengthening your intuitive awareness, and ways to incorporate Reiki into your daily life and the healing of others.

Throughout the day, you'll receive your Reiki Level 2 attunement, practice with fellow students, and leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue your healing journey with greater purpose, and power.

Reiki Level 2 Training includes:

• Reiki Level 2 Attunement

Reiki Master/Teacher Training at Anchored Soul

Becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher is about far more than earning a title—it's about deepening your own healing, fully embodying the Reiki principles, deepening your connection to the divine, and discovering the confidence to guide others on their journeys (if you so choose).

In this immersive full-day training, I've combined both Reiki Master (Level 3) and Reiki Master/Teacher into one comprehensive experience, just as I was trained. You'll receive your Level 3 Master attunement as well as Master/Teacher attunement. You will also learn the knowledge, techniques, and confidence needed to teach and attune future Reiki practitioners, or friends and family.

Whether your calling is to share Reiki professionally, with your children or simply continue your own personal and spiritual growth, this training will help you step into your next chapter with clarity, purpose, and a deeper spiritual connection to yourself, and the divine.

Throughout the day, we'll blend discussion, practice, meditation, and hands-on experience in a supportive and intimate setting, allowing you to integrate the teachings while strengthening your connection to Reiki energy.
