Refund policy

At Anchored Soul, each offering is thoughtfully curated and energetically intentional. Because of the nature of our products and experiences, we maintain clear boundaries around returns and refunds while honoring fairness and care.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

This applies to both in-store and online purchases, unless otherwise stated below.

Exchanges (In-Store Only)

We offer exchanges only for select items purchased in-store, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange window:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Holiday / gift season exception: Purchases made in November and December may be exchanged through January 30 of the following year.

Exchange conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn.
  • Original receipt required.
  • Tags must be attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to case-by-case review.
  • No cash or card refunds are issued for exchanged items.

If an item does not meet these conditions, an exchange may be declined.

Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, both in-store and online:

  • Original art
  • Handmade or one-of-a-kind items (including local artisan goods)
  • Healing crystals
  • Jewelry
  • Energy tools (wands, sprays, oils, etc.)
  • Event tickets, workshops, and sessions
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Sale or clearance items

Online Orders

All online purchases are final sale.

We do not accept online returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This includes made-to-order and print-on-demand items.

Events, Workshops & Sessions

All event tickets, workshops, and sessions are non-refundable.

If an event or session is canceled by Anchored Soul, a refund or credit will be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos and order details.

Our resolution process:

  1. Replacement (if available)
  2. Store credit if a replacement is not available
  3. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Owner Discretion

Anchored Soul reserves the right to make exceptions in special circumstances at the sole discretion of the owner. Any approved exception does not alter or waive this policy for future purchases.
