Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Origin
Orders ship from our Wickford/North Kingstown, Rhode Island location and/or from trusted print-on-demand or fulfillment partners.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
Made-to-order and print-on-demand items may have different processing times, which are disclosed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and order weight.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and order type.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders once your package has been dispatched.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our store during open business hours (hours may vary seasonally). You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Anchored Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.
Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Items
All print-on-demand and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Event Tickets
Event tickets are delivered digitally and are not physically shipped.
