Step into a peaceful space where art and mindfulness meet.
This guided experience begins with a short meditation designed to ground your energy and open your creative flow. Once centered, you’ll paint your own mandala — a symbol of balance and harmony — using handpicked crystals, shells, stones, and paints that reflect your personal energy.
Each workshop is unique, intuitive, and intentionally created to help you reconnect with your inner calm. Whether you choose to free-draw your design or use one of our sacred stencils, you’ll leave with a stunning piece of art that carries your personal vibration.
All materials are included, and most are locally or ethically sourced.

What to Expect
Each Anchored Soul guided meditation is a heart-centered experience that was intuitively channeled by Alana to help you relax, reconnect, and bring positive alchemy into your life. Each session will be infused with reiki energy for the collective, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and even further grounded in the present moment.
Guided meditations with Alana are delivered in a light, yet sacred manner. They are both "beginner-friendly", and for those who are seasoned in the practice. Just come with an open mind and heart! Group sharing is always optional- This is a safe and respectful space that does not leave room for judgement or bullying.

- Space is limited — pre-registration is required.
- Payment secures your spot; all sales are final unless canceled by the studio.
- In case of weather or unforeseen circumstances, events will be rescheduled or credited toward a future date.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
