This guided experience begins with a short meditation designed to ground your energy and open your creative flow. Once centered, you’ll paint your own mandala — a symbol of balance and harmony — using handpicked crystals, shells, stones, and paints that reflect your personal energy.
Each workshop is unique, intuitive, and intentionally created to help you reconnect with your inner calm. Whether you choose to free-draw your design or use one of our sacred stencils, you’ll leave with a stunning piece of art that carries your personal vibration.
All materials are included, and most are locally or ethically sourced.

What to Expect
Each Anchored Soul workshop is a hands-on, heart-centered experience designed to help you relax, reconnect, and create something meaningful. Our guided sessions combine creativity, mindfulness, and intention — leaving you refreshed, inspired, and grounded in the present moment.
Workshops are beginner-friendly and all materials are included unless otherwise noted. You’ll be guided every step of the way, whether painting, assembling, or meditating.

- Payment secures your spot; all sales are final unless canceled by the studio.
- In case of weather or unforeseen circumstances, events will be rescheduled or credited toward a future date.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and choose your materials.
