This Reiki-infused guided meditation is a heart-centered, experiential gathering designed to support energetic clearings, activations and new beginnings along with creative expression. The session includes a guided meditation with Reiki energy, a collective card reading, and a (fun) brief intuitive art experience using a shared community canvas.
While this is the second of three meditations that will work through all seven chakras, you do not have to attend all 3 sessions. However, the same canvas will be utilized during each session as we will be building on it each time, making this a powerful, energetic piece for all!
This experience focuses on the Heart and Throat chakras, supporting compassion, authentic expression, and manifesting from a place of truth with highest and best intentions.
No prior experience needed—just an open mind and heart :)
Feel free to bring a journal and a pen... Perhaps a blanket for comfort?! This event will be a seated experience inside Anchored Soul Boutique.
