EVENT INFORMATION

This Heart Chakra session opens space for love, compassion, and emotional balance. You are invited to explore giving and receiving, soften emotional layers, and cultivate deeper connection with yourself and others.

What to Expect:

  • A brief overview of the Heart Chakra

  • A guided, channeled meditation infused with Reiki energy

  • Journal prompts aligned with the Heart Chakra

  • Oracle card guidance

  • Optional sharing and Q&A

What to Bring:

  • A blanket and small pillow for your head and knees

  • A journal and pen

  • An open mind and heart

Mats are provided. You may lie down or remain seated. Chairs are available if needed.
