During the meditation, reiki will be delivered to the collective, as well as individually to support the intentional healing energies and amplify energetic clearings, restoration and balance throughout the mind, body and spirit. The combination of meditation and Reiki’s gentle universal life force energy helps clear emotional and energetic blockages, promote relaxation, and support your body’s natural energetic flow.

Each Anchored Soul guided meditation is a heart-centered experience that was intuitively channeled by Alana to help you relax, reconnect, and bring positive alchemy into your life. Each session will be infused with reiki energy for the collective, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and even further grounded in the present moment.
Guided meditations with Alana are delivered in a light, yet sacred manner. They are both "beginner-friendly", and for those who are seasoned in the practice. Just come with an open mind and heart! Group sharing is always optional- This is a safe and respectful space that does not leave room for judgement or bullying.
