Hi! I am Alana, owner of Anchored Soul- I am an intuitive mixed media artist and an energy healer. I was first introduced to Reiki in 2016 and I was in a place where I was so caught up in the day-to-day. I had (unknowingly) lost connection with my purpose and what I truly found fulfilling. It was a combination of several spiritual attunements/trainings including Reiki, IET and Munay-Ki rites that only aligned me with my soul's passion(s), but it gave me the courage and clarity to retire from being a dental hygienist of 10 years, and to fiercely follow my heART. Art and energy work (heARTwork) has been incredibly healing to my mind, body, and spirit, and I'm blessed to say that these modalities have undeniably *anchored* me to my *soul*. When I found consistency in my own spiritual practices and creative expression, I found healing, I found peace, I found me... And everyone deserves that! 

Recently, I created the Anchored Soul Membership to help empower others on their intuitive and spiritual journey, within a community! My intention is to not only serve a spiritual community, but provide a sanctuary with intentional and creative tools to help build that consistent connection within ourselves, and with others. This not only helps us create a customized spiritual practice, but it also inspires the collective to support and empower one another on a consistent journey...
